NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAYS

    To: Residents of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana

    You are hereby notified that on the 19th day of March, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Common Council of Warsaw, Indiana will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Lake City Bank for vacation of public ways, being public ways in the Original Plat of the town, now City of Warsaw, also known as Knott's Addition to the City of Warsaw, within the limits of Warsaw, Indiana and described as follows, to-wit:

    TRACT I

    The portion of a platted alley lying adjacent to Lots 99, 100, 117, & 118 m the Original Plat of the Town now the City of  Warsaw also known as Knott's Addition to the City of Warsaw as recorded in Plat Book 1, page  1 in  the Office of  the Recorder  of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Subject to all covenants, easements, or restrictions an all applicable building and zoning laws and ordinances and  possible rights of tile and  drainage  ditches.

TRACT II

    The portion  of  a platted  alley lying adjacent  to Lots  118 & 119 in the Original Plat of the Town now the City of  Warsaw also known as Knoll's Addition  to the City of Warsaw as recorded in Plat Book  1, page  1 in the Office  of  the Recorder  in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Subject  to all covenants,  easements,  or restrictions of  record and all applicable  building and zoning laws and ordinances and  possible rights of tile and  drainage  ditches.
