You are hereby notified that on the 5th day of April, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Warsaw City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Heather M. Eherenman for vacation of public ways in the Plat of Lakeside Park Addition to the city of Warsaw, within the corporate limits of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:
a. The east-west alley between Lots 162 and 163 more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 162 In Lakeside Park Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 45 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana ("Addition"); thence north to the southwest comer of Lot 163 in the Addition thence east on the south line of Lot 163 to the southeast comer of Lot 163; thence south to the northeast comer of Lot 162; thence west to the southwest comer of Lot 162 and the place of beginning.
b. The north-south alley between Lots 162, 161 and 160 and Lot 195 more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 162 In Lakeside Park Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 45 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana ("Addition''); thence east to the northwest corner of Lot 195 in the Addition; thence south on the west line of Lot 195 to the southwest corner of Lot 195; thence west to the southeast corner of Lot 160; thence north on the east lines of Lots 160, 161 & 162 to the northeast corner of Lot 162 and the place of beginning.
