NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING STATE OF INDIANA KOSCIUSKO COUNTY SS:
BEFORE THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WARSAW, INDIANA IN RE: THE PETITION OF
KOSCIUSKO COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
TO THE CITIZENS OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY AND WARSAW, INDIANA
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed with the Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana by Kosciusko County Commissioners requesting the vacation by ordinance of a certain alleyway located in Warsaw, Indiana, running from Main Street to Fort Wayne Street, north to south, and more particularly described as follows to-wit:
A platted alley beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 321 in Hood & Britton Addition to the City of Warsaw; thence northerly along the east line of Lots 321, 320, 319, and 318 to the northeast corner of Lot
318 in Hood & Britton Addition to the City of Warsaw; thence eastward across the alley to the northwest corner of Lot 306 in Hood & Britton Addition, City of Warsaw; thence southerly along the west line of Lots 306, 305, 304, and 303 in Hood & Britton Addition; thence westerly to the Place of Beginning. This describes an alley lying between Lots 318-321 on the west and 303-306 on the east approximately 16.5 feet east to west and 280 feet north to south in dimension.

The platted alley beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 320 in Hood & Britton Addition to the City of Warsaw; thence easterly along the north line of Lot 320 and the north line of Lot 304 to the northeast corner of Lot 304; thence northerly along Lake Street to the southeast corner of Lot 305; thence westerly along the south line of Lot 305 and continuing along the south line of Lot 319 to the southwest corner of Lot 319; thence south along the east line of Washington Street to the Place Of Beginning.
THE ABOVE IS INTENDED TO DESCRIBE the north/south alley as well as east/west alley lying within the city block encompassed by Lots 303 through 306 and 318 through 321 in Hood & Britton Addition to the City of Warsaw.
You are hereby notified that the Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana has set the above petition for hearing at 7:00 p.m., on June 3, 2019 at the City Hall, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. Any person may appear and be heard upon the petition at the time, date and place above scheduled for hearing and/or may send written comments or response to the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Warsaw, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, prior to the above time and date set for hearing.
After hearing, the petition may be granted, denied or continued, and an ordinance may be introduced and passed according to law, providing for the vacation of said real estate.
