The Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana, passed a Resolution 2017-10-03 on October 16th, 2017, designating an area commonly known as; lots 14-19 of Hidden Lake Park, located along Hidden Lake Road and West of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, Indiana, as an Economic Revitalization Area. A description of the affected area is available and can be inspected in the Kosciusko County Assessor’s office. The City of Warsaw will hold a public hearing on October 27th, 2017 at 12:00 pm in the City of Warsaw Council Chambers at 102 S. Buffalo St. to hear any remonstration or objection from the interested public.
