NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Warsaw, Plan Commission, of Warsaw, Indiana, on Monday, March 14, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers in the City Hall in Warsaw, Indiana will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of Warsaw, Indiana. The proposed amendment involves consideration of a change of the zoning classification from C-3 and R-2 to C-5 Special Commercial District for the following described property: 1290 Lake City Highway (US30) Key Number(s): 4-14-001 & 4-14-001.D Written suggestions or objections to the provisions of said amendment may be filed with the City Planner, or before such meeting and will be heard by the Plan Commission at the time and place specified. Said hearing may be continued form time to time as may be necessary. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the proposed amendment, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
