ORDNANCE NO. 2009-10-05 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 78-159(a)(2) c. OF THE WARSAW CITY CODE IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WARSAW, INDIANA that Section 78-159(a)(2) c of the Warsaw City Code, Warsaw, Indiana be amended to read as follows: Section 78-159(a)(2) c (c) Rate and Surcharges based upon ammonia. There shall be a charged of $0.69 per pound of ammonia received in excess of 100 milligrams per liter of fluid. In all other respects Section 78 is hereby ratified and confirmed.
