NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given, that the Board of Public Works & Safety of the City of Warsaw, Indiana will from this date until 3 p.m. November 1, 2013; received sealed bids in the office of the City Clerk Treasurer, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, for the following items and service listed below. The sealed bids shall be opened and publicly read aloud by the Board of Public Works & Safety in the City Council Chambers immediately thereafter. Bids shall be awarded to successful bidder at the regularly scheduled Board of Public Works & Safety meeting at 10:30 am (EST) on November 15, 2013. Limestone Ready Mix Concrete Flowable Backfill Material Bituminous Material Concrete Curbing Concrete Flatwork Specifications and bid documents are on file and may be obtained in the office of the City Clerk Treasurer, City Building, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. Bids mailed shall be addressed to the attention of the Board of Public Works & Safety, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46850, and shall be clearly marked "Sealed Bids". All bids shall be properly and completely executed on forms provided, and shall include a non-colllusion affidavit and certified check or bid bond of 10 percent (10%) of the bid price. Such check o bid bond shall be made payable to the City of Warsaw. The Board of Public Works & Safety reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to delete any portion thereof, or waive formalities in the bidding. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity of City of Warsaw, shall contact the Building & Planning Office, 102 S.
