The City of Warsaw is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indaina Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with Eisenhower Basin Phase I located within the area of the residential pond southwest of Ringneck Trail and Salmon Drive north to Baker Street, and the Eisenhower Parkway east to Ranch Road, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. Runoff from the project site will discharge to Eagle Creek. Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to Stormwater Utility Manager Brian Davison.
