NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WARSAW, INDIANA, REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION DESIGNATING AND DECLARING AN AMENDMENT TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE NORTHERN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA AND OF A PUBLIC HEARING RELATING THERETO Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw, Indiana, Redevelopment Commission (the "Commission"), the governing body of the City of Warsaw Department of Redevelopment and the Redevelopment District of the City of Warsaw, Indiana, on July 1, 2013, approved and adopted a resolution (the "Declaratory Resolution"), for purposes of amending the Economic Development Plan (the "Plan") for the Northern Economic Development Area (the "Area"). The Declaratory Resolution approves an amendment (the "Plan Amendment") to the Plan for the Area. The Plan Amendment adds (i) parcels to the list of property that may be acquired under the Plan and (ii) projects the Commission may undertake in the Area. The Plan Amendment can be inspected at the office of the City Planner, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580. Notice is further given that on Monday, August 5, 2013, at 12:00 p.m. (local time), in the City Hall Council Chambers, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, the Commission will conduct a public hearing to receive and hear remonstrances and objections from persons interested in or affected by the proceedings pertaining to the proposed Plan Amendment and to determine the public utility and benefit of such proposed amendments and to confirm, confirm and modify, or rescind the Declaratory Resolution. Maps and plats of the Area have been prepared and can be inspected along with the Declaratory Resolution and the Plan Amendment at the office of the City Planner, 102 S.
