NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION RESOLUTION CITY OF WARSAW, INDIANA AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on or about April 4, 2011, the Warsaw City Council accepted for filing and set for hearing Resolution No. 2011-04-1 declaring Certain Land within Kosciusko County, Indiana, as a continued Economic Revitalization Area as the term is defined in Indiana Code Section 6-1.1-12.1-1, et seq., for the purpose of providing Tax Abatement availability to that area. A description of the area affected together with a copy of the Resolution is available and can be inspected at the Kosciusko County Assessor's Office, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana. The Area affected is located at the common address of 1510 Armstrong Road, Warsaw, IN 46580. The substance of the Resolution is to allow Tax Abatement for the acquisition of additional equipment for manufacturing to be installed at that location. Proposed Tax Abatement for improvements to the Area will be for a period of three, six, or ten years as determined on a case-by-case basis by the City Council, giving consideration to the nature and size of the improvements, the employment to be generated, the prior development of the area, and any employment and/or employment opportunities to the citizens of Kosciusko County and particularly Warsaw, Indiana, increase in the Assessed Valuation of Warsaw, Indiana, and the attraction of other development to Warsaw, Indiana. The specific request pending before the City Council is for ten years of Tax Abatement on improvements to real estate and upon machinery and equipment. You are FURTHER NOTIFIED that on May 2, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., at the City Council Chambers, 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Warsaw City Council will receive and hear all comments, remonstrances, and objections from interested persons or from anyone else who may attend. In addition, anyone may, prior to the meeting, submit to the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Warsaw any written comments, and those comments will be considered at the hearing. After hearing all evidence, the Warsaw City Council will and shall take final action determining whether qualifications have been met, and shall pass a Resolution confirming, modifying and confirming, or rescinding their Declaratory Resolution No. 2011-04-1 and thereby approving or denying Tax Abatement for the applicant in this instance, The Flexaust Company, Inc.
