NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BIDS TO DISPOSE OF REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of Warsaw, Indiana, disposing of real property, described as Kosciusko County, Indiana, Parcel ID 004-043-274, 004-043-273, with addresses of 302,308,310 South Buffalo St., Warsaw, Indiana, 46580. Interested bidders may submit bids to the Clerk-Treasures office as of 8:00 a.m. October 28th and will continue until October 30th at 4:00 p.m. All bids will be open to public inspection. A bid submitted by a trust (as defined in IC 30-4-1-1 (a)) must identify each beneficiary of the trust and if the settlor is empowered to revoke or modify the trust. The property may not be sold to a person who is ineligible under IC 36-1-11-16. Any bidder must be able to close within 30 days of awarded bid.
