Sealed bids will be received by the City of Warsaw, Indiana, Board of Public Works and Safety, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 until 10:30 a.m. (local time) on September 29th, 2017, and then will be publicly opened and read aloud in Warsaw City Hall Council Chambers. Any bids received later than the above time will be returned unopened. A pre bid meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on September 8, 2017 at City Hall, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.

Buffalo Street Reconstruction
Between Fort Wayne Street to Canal Street
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This work shall include but not be limited to new HMA pavement; permeable brick pavement; concrete sidewalk; storm sewers; sanitary sewers; lift station; concrete curb & gutters; and ornamental street lighting.
COMPLETION DATES:
Intermediate Completion Date: This work shall be completed on or
before November 1, 2018.
Final Completion Date: This work shall be completed on or before
December 1, 2018.
BID DOCUMENTS: Plans, Specifications, and Plan Documents will be available for examination on or after August 24, 2017 at 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
