NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Kim Frauhiger requesting approval of a Use Variance to allow a placement of bait vending machine in an R-2 Zoning District on property located at Lot 54, 55, 56 Beyer South and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot 54, 55, 56 of Beyer South Park Key Number This hearing will be held at the Meeting Room 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, June 28 2010 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
