NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given, that the Board of Public Works & Safety of the City of Warsaw, Indiana, together with the Warsaw Community Schools wlll from this date until 10;30 am on May 5, 2013 receive sealed bids in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, for the following item. The sealed bids shall be opened and publicly read aloud by the Board of Public Works & Safety in the City Council Chambers immediately thereafter. Approximately +/-3,000 tones for our normal seasonal fill of Anti Caking Bulk Treated Safety Salt. Specifications and bid documents are on file and may be obtained from the Department of Public Works (Street Department) at 794 W. Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 or from the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. Bids mailed shall be addressed to the attention of the Board of Public Works & Safety, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, and shall be clearly marked "Sealed Bids". The Board of Public Works & Safety reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to delete any portion thereof, or waive formalities in the bidding. Dated this 9th day of April, 2013.
