Sealed bids will be received by the City of Warsaw, Indiana, Board of Public Works and Safety, I 02 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 until 10:30 a.m. (local time) on June 17, 2019, and then will be publicly opened and read aloud in Warsaw City Hall Council Chambers. Any bids received later than the above time will be returned unopened. A pre bid meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on June 7, 2019 at City Hall 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. A site tour will be held immediately after the pre-bid meeting.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The City of Warsaw proposes to implement a public improvement project which will create a park and green space along Center Lake and Buffalo Street in Warsaw, Indiana. As part of the proposed project, construction of a boardwalk will be completed . The boardwalk will extend approximately 30-ft into Center Lake and be supported by helical piles. A total of 38 helical piles will be installed into the lake bed to support the boardwalk.

Final Completion Date: This work shall be completed on or before November 4, 2019.
