Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on a Petition for Voluntary Annexation. The hearing will be held on the 5th day of November 2018, at 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana.
The proposed annexation, also, involves consideration of a change of the zoning classification from Agricultural (County) to R-3 Residential for the following described tract:

A tract of Land located in the Southeast & Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, containing 58.6 acres, more of less, more particularly described as follows:

Written suggestions or objections to the provisions of said annexation may be filed with the Building and Planning Department before such hearing and will be heard by the Common Council at the time and place specified. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary.
Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the proposed annexation, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place. Copies of the proposed annexation may be examined in the office of the City Planner located at 102 S. Buffalo Street, Building & Planning Department, Warsaw, Indiana.
