CITY OF WARSAW - AMERICAN WITH DISABILITIES ACT

    The City of Warsaw has developed an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Right-Of-Way in accordance with Federal Highway Administration requirements. The purpose of the Transition Plan is to prioritize ADA accessibility improvements for existing Public Rights-Of-Way. A part of its Public Participation Process, the City of Warsaw will offer time for Public Comment during the July 16th, 2012 Common Council Meeting at 302 E. Market Street at 7 p.m. During this meeting, the Transition Plan will be presented.
    Written comments will be accepted through August 6, 2012 until 4:00 p.m. Portions of the Transition Plan will be located on the City of Warsaw website at www.warsawcity.net and are provided to the Warsaw Public Library located at 310 East Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580 by July 2nd, 2012.
