NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the City of Warsaw,
Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers will
consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the
budget for the current year at their regular meeting place of 102 S.
Buffalo Street, at 7:00 p.m., on the 16 th day of July, 2018.
Fund Name: Motor Vehicle Highway
Major Budget Classification:
AMOUNT
SUPPLIES $150,000.00
OTHER SERVICES AND CHARGES $1 50,000.00
TO TAL from Motor Vehicle Highway $300,000.00
Funds are to be used for paving.
Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard.
The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the
Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will
make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to
support the appropriation within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a
Certified Copy of the action taken.
