NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the City of Warsaw, Indiana ("City") that the Common Council of the City will meet in the City Hall, 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. (Local Time) on October 20, 2008, to conduct a public hearing and consider the following additional appropriation of the bonds which the Common Council has determined to issue. The Common Council considers necessary any appropriation in the amount not to exceed $1,110,000 on account of the cost of purchasing fire trucks, together with all necessary appurtenances, related improvements, equipment and incidental expenses in connection therewith, and the incidental expenses in connection therewith and on account of the issuance of bonds therefore. The funds to meet such additional appropriation are to be provided by the issuance and sale of bonds by the City. The foregoing appropriation is in addition to all appropriations provided for in the existing budget and tax levy. Taxpayers of the City appearing at said meeting shall have the right to be heard in respect to said additional appropriation. Dated this 9th day of October, 2008.
