Section 78-243. General discharge regulations - Prohibited discharge standards. (f) local effluent limits.
(1) The utility is authorized to establish local limits, by ordinance, order, or in wastewater discharge permits,pursuant to 40 CFR 403.5(c} and (d).
(2) The following pollutant limits are established by ordinance to protect against pass through and interference. Users may not discharge into the wastewater utility any wastewater containing in excess of the following daily maximum limit.

The above limits apply at the point where the wastewater is discharged to the POTW. All concentrations for metallic substances are for total metal unless indicated otherwise. The utility may impose mass limitations in addition to the concentration-based limitations above.
(3) The City of Warsaw Wastewater Utility, which has an approved pretreatment program will continue to review (i.e., NPDES permit cycle,any pass through or interference.
