PUBLIC NOTICE
Request for Qualifications
Pursuant to the provisions of Ind. Code 5-30 et seq., the City of Nappanee (“Owner”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested professionals to provide design-build services for the construction of the Nappanee Fire Station Project. The Owner invites any and all qualified parties to submit Statements of Proposal/Qualifications. Electronic PDF responses of the Statement of Proposal/Qualifications should be emailed to the City of Nappanee Clerk’s Office, City Clerk-Treasurer, Jeff Knight (jknight@nappanee.org). Email PDF copies should also be sent to the City’s Owner Representatives David Rainey and Landon Martin (drainey@theveridusgroup.com and lmartin@theveridusgroup.com). Proposals are due by 3:30 pm (EST) on 10/9/2023 in order to be considered. Additional information and a packet outlining submittal requirements will be available at Nappanee City Hall located at 300 W Lincoln St, Nappanee, IN 46550, and can be made available by contacting the Owner’s Representative, David Rainey or Landon Martin.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any proposal, or all proposals, or to accept any proposal or proposals, and to waive any and all informalities in the procedure for awarding a contract.
