NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF LEASE BETWEEN THE
NAPPANEE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AND THE
NAPPANEE REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Pursuant to action previously taken by the Nappanee Redevelopment Commission ("Commission"), a lease between the Commission and the Nappanee Redevelopment Authority was executed and entered into on August 27, 2024 ("Lease"). Prior to the lease being entered into in full force and effect, the Common Council of the City of Nappanee, Indiana ("City") will ratify execution of and approve the Lease by resolution expected to be adopted on September 16, 2024. The Lease covers the construction of a new fire station located in the City, together will all necessary appurtenances, related improvements and equipment, as further described in Exhibit A attached to the Lease, all located in the City. A copy of the Lease is on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, located at Nappanee City Hall, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
