City Launches Request Tracker Tool

Posted
Citizens now have a new tool for engaging with the city of Warsaw. If people have a question, concern, or problem to report, it can be submitted online with the Request Tracker tool on the city’s website at warsaw.in.gov The Request Tracker is a work-order-style tool that will direct  questions, concerns, or problems to the appropriate city personnel. Citizens will receive updates as concerns are addressed and eventually closed.
To access the Request Tracker tool - on the home page, select “Report a Concern.” From there, people will be prompted to create an individual account before submitting your question or concern under the appropriate category.
A mobile app with Request Tracker is coming soon that will allow people to submit requests with their smartphone.
