Warsaw city elected officials and staff greeted an estimated 300 to 400 people at the May 11 dedication and open house for the new city hall at 102 S. Buffalo St. Artist Terry Armstrong’s watercolor exhibit will be on display in the main hall through the end of June. Mayor Joe Thallemer drew the winning entries for a free copy of the book ‘History of Warsaw.’ Winners were Guy Alspaugh, Doris Cook, Joan Kizer, Martha Klatt, Lori Mishler, Beth Porter, Carol Rapp, Linda Smith, Jane Stouder and Emily Sumner. Copies of the book are available for purchase in the mayor’s office at city hall.
