The Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals has one item on its agenda tonight.
The BZA will review a request for a variance to allow for an enclosed lean-to addition on the north side of the existing structure.
The property is at 320 Hepler Drive. Petitioner Chris Rasor, Zimmer Holdings Inc., is requesting a 9-foot variance (1-foot sideyard setback) from the required 10-foot sideyard setback.
The lean-to addition is proposed to be 14-feet by 40-feet and will be on the northeast corner of the property, which is on the interior of the adjacent lots.
The board will meet tonight at 7 p.m. in city hall.
