Cindy Sue Bolin, 58, Warsaw, died at 11:34 p.m. Sunday, June 17, 2018, in her residence.
She was born March 26, 1960, in Greenfield, to John and Lilly Mae Cormen Perry. On July 13, 1990, she was united in marriage to Orville Bolin, Warsaw. He survives.
Services and interment will be private.
