COLUMBUS, Ohio – Cindy Marie Hondel, 74, of Scioto Retirement Assisted Living, Columbus, Ohio, died at 11:15 a.m. Jan. 22, 2012, in Mount Carmel West Hospital, after a short illness.
She was born Dec. 8, 1938, in Beaver Dam Hospital, Martin, Ky., to Robert and Martha Warrens Marshall. On June 18, 1966, she married Marion Hondel, who died in 2007.
Surviving are a brother, Robert Marshall, Warsaw, and a sister. She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
Services will be at noon Saturday at O.R. Woodyard Co. South Chapel, Columbus, with the Rev. John Loar officiating. Burial will be in Obetz Cemetery.
