Cindy Lou Moore, 54, of 303 E. Collins St., Columbia City, died at 11 a.m. June 6, 2009, in her residence.
She was born Oct. 11, 1954, in Noble County, to Otho Eugene "Gene" and Bessie Jean Longsworth Gallimore.
She was a former member of Assemblies of God, Warsaw.
Surviving are two daughters; three grandchildren; her father and stepmother; three sisters; and two brothers. She was preceded in death by her mother and a son.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Pastor Wanda Belcher officiating. Burial will be in South Park Cemetery, Columbia City.
Calling is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
