ROCHESTER – Cinda Lou Kelley, 52, Rochester, was surrounded by her loving family when she departed this life at 4:15 p.m. Oct. 14, 2016, at her home. She was born May 11, 1964, in Fulton, to Merle and Vivian Olinger Kelley. A celebration of her life will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18th St., Rochester. Burial will follow in the Citizens Cemetery.
