Churches As Business

I must state that I share Steven Hite's assessment of the people responsible for the murders of the unborn, however, Steven is far more generous in a portion of his statement than I will be. Speaking of church leaders, Steven said, "Many have been duped into believing that they should remain silent on all issues political ... ."

Where I must part thoughts with Steven is that these people aren't being "duped," they have willingly given up their duty as citizens and so-called religious leaders to stand for what is right. These men file paperwork to turn their churches into 501(c)(3) corporations, non-profit companies. On that paperwork it specifically states that they agree to give up their duty to be the authority in this country and their duty to speak out for God against crooked government in exchange for a tax dodge.

Give this a moment's thought. We are the authority in this country, the elected and appointed civic office holders are our servants, not our leaders. The constitution clearly states this, We The People, then it goes on to establish how we will hire our servants to run our government. When it comes to the biblical principal of submitting to authority, in this country that means our elected tyrants are to obey us, not the other way around.

Not only have these church leaders given up their responsibilities as the authority in this country, but they also have allowed their appointed and elected servants to silence them for a little money. It seems to me if these were men of faith, they would rely on God to fund their "churches" rather than get in bed with Satan to save a few dollars on taxes. My God is big enough to fund whatever He blesses, He must not be blessing these non-profit corporations since they need to rely on the government's tax dodges to get by.

Lyndon Johnson created this scenario. He knew exactly what he was doing, he was silencing God in American life and these so-called "men of God" went right along with it and are still going along with it. If your church is a 501(c)(3) corp, it's not a church, it's a company. A company that has agreed not to stand for what is right in exchange for money. That is not of the God I know.

Again, I refuse to accept that these men are duped, they are part and parcel of the removal of God from all things public. They have created this atmosphere where killing babies is allowed. If you want to point fingers at whom is responsible, you can't stop with the Supremes. Look at every single person in corporate church leadership, they are all just as guilty as the courts.
