Carl and Margie Chupp will mark their 65th wedding anniversary Aug. 28, 2008. Carl Chupp and Margie Nichols were married in Bradford, Ark., Aug. 28, 1943.
He is retired from Purina Mills, and she is a retired homemaker.
The couple have one daughter, Bernice (and spouse Don) Smith, Warsaw. They have two grandchildren.
The couple will celebrate the anniversary with an open house for friends and family at their home from 3 to 6 p.m. Aug. 31. The couple requests only cards, no gifts.
