You are hereby notified that on the 19th day of March, 2019 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by ChromaProperties, LLC for vacation of an easement within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows:
Part of a platted private drive in the Plat of Martin E. Crow's Addition to Lake Wawasee, as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 242 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana (This description prepared by Kevin R. Michel, LS80870006, as part of original survey RM-115 completed by J.K. Walker and Associates, P.C., dated January 16, 2019), being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe found at the Northeast comer of Lot Number I in said Martin E. Crow's Addition; thence S88°-16' 28"W the North line of said Lot Number 1, a distance of 80.98 feet (platted 81.32 feet), to the Northwest corner of said Lot Number 1, said corner also being on an East line of Lot Number 2 in said Martin E. Crow's Addition; thence N03°-58'-30"W, on and along said East line, a distance of 15.00 feet to a comer of said Lot Number 2, said corner being situated 0.3 feet West of an iron pipe found; thence N88°-31'-25"E, on and along a South line of said Lot Number 2, a distance of 91.43 feet (platted 91.32 feet), to a Southeast corner of said Lot Number 2; thence S01º-26'-15"E, a distance of 15.00 feet to an iron pipe found at the Northwest corner of Lot Number 15 in Lake View Park as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 189 in said records; thence N89°-19'-54''W, a distance of 9.80 feet (platted 10 feet), to the point of beginning, containing 0.03 acres of land, more or less, subject to all legal right-of-way, subject to all legal drain casements and all other easements of record.
