COLUMBIA CITY – Christopher Grady Frey, 33, of Fort Wayne, died from injuries suffered in a car-bus accident at 3:48 a.m. Feb. 24, 2013, on Interstate 69, Fort Wayne. He was born Feb. 19, 1980, in Oceanside, Calif., to Leslie Grady and Victoria L. BeVille Frey. On Nov. 6, 2008, in Warsaw, he married Jennifer Ann Stouder, who survives. He spent his childhood in California and Missouri and lived most of his adult lifetime in Indiana. He was a mechanic at Patriot Tire, Fort Wayne. Also surviving are six children: Ethan A. Brame, Missouri; Delanie and Adara L. Frey, both of Warsaw; Sierra N. Frey, Columbus; Liddia N. and Christopher Grady Frey Jr, both of Fort Wayne; a stepdaughter, Amarae L. Stouder, Fort Wayne; his father, Leslie Frey, California; his mother, Vicki, Warsaw; and two sisters, Jennifer Brock, Warsaw, and Devin Lasko, Holman, Wis. He was preceded in death by a brother, William S. “Will” Paterman. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City, officiated by Sharon Brockhaus, DeMoney-Grimes Certified Funeral Celebrant.
