PIERCETON – Christine E. Anderson, 71, of Warsaw, passed away at 4:48 a.m. March 15, 2013, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. She was born Jan. 19, 1942, at Wolf Lake, to Virgil and Evelyn Smith Sellers. In 1988, she married Harold Anderson, who preceded her in death. She lived in the Pierceton/Warsaw area, moved to Kansas City, Mo., for 31 years, returning to Warsaw a year ago. She retired from LM Berry as an inside sale agent for the Yellow Pages. She was a member of Red Bridge United Methodist Church, Kansas City. She loved her grandchildren, sports and her dog, Emma. Surviving are a daughter, Jeanene (and spouse Brian) Walls, North Webster; a son, James R. Tenney, Warsaw; two brothers, Harold (and spouse Freda) Sellers and Jack (and spouse Jessie) Sellers, all of Pierceton; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Devon Sellers. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Pierceton, with Pastor Dennis Judy officiating.
