Christina Hoskins, 61, of 8168 S. Packerton Road, Claypool, went home to meet her Lord and Savior, and very best friend at 12:55 a.m. Oct. 15, 2011, in her residence.

She was born March 29, 1950, in Bell County, Ky., to Noah Franklin  and Pearlie Hampton Hendrickson. On Aug. 20, 1978, she married Lannie D. Hoskins, who survives.

A resident of Kosciusko County for the past 30 years, she was a homemaker and a member of The Water for Life Church, Silver Lake,  where she was very active.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Lannie D. Hoskins, Claypool; three daughters: Ruthie (and spouse Keith) Gregory, Columbia City; Crystal (and spouse Charlie) Trout, Roann; Angela (and spouse Eddie) Franklin, Silver Lake; a son, John (and spouse LeeAnn), Warsaw; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Evelyn Simpson Drabenstott,  Warsaw. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and four brothers.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Victory Rock Church, 6170 S. CR 500E, Warsaw, with Pastors Jr. Arnett and Bill Stephens officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Claypool.

Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw.
