Nov. 24 at 10 a.m., The Christian Science Church, Warsaw, will hold a service open to the public.
Giving thanks is gratitude in action, and the Bible lesson/sermon “Thanksgiving” will be read from several books of the Bible. Also, correlative passages will be read from “Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures” by Mary Baker Eddy, founder of Christian Science.
The readers are Wayne Sheldon and Mary Eherenman.
Organist Jeff Bumbaugh will play music for hymn singing by the congregation.
Faith Ogden will provide a special vocal solo.
Time is set aside for the sharing of gratitude and blessings during the hour service.
The Thanksgiving Proclamation by the President of the United States will be read.
The church is at 1011 Mariner Drive and Husky Trail (immediately northwest of the Martin’s Grocery Store).
