ALEXANDRIA - Chong K. Yi Kinzie, 70, of Alexandria, died July 31, 2008, in St. Johns Health System, Anderson, after a sudden illness.
She was born Feb. 8, 1938, in Chejedo, Korea. She married Alvin F. Kinzie Sr., who survives.
She formerly lived in North Manchester, Wabash and Kosciusko County areas before moving to Alexandria in December 2007.
Also surviving are her children, Alvin F. "Rick" Jr. (and spouse Linda) Kinzie, Frankfort; Sue Lee Kinzie, Indianapolis; Barbara A. (and spouse Wilson) Thomas, San Diego, Calif.; and Alvin D. (and spouse Elizabeth) Kinzie, Warsaw; and 12 grandchildren.
Services will be at 7 p.m. today at Robert D. Loose Funeral Home, North Chapel, Alexandria. There will be cremation.
