Chinese Acrobats Perform March 19

An appearance by the Chinese Golden Dragon Acrobats concludes the 2004-05 Lakeland Community Concert Association season. The group will perform in Lakeland Middle School gymnasium March 19 at 7:30 p.m.

The Chinese Golden Dragon Acrobats are known throughout the world as the premier acrobatic troupe touring today. The performance includes choreography of traditional dance, acrobatics, gymnastics and authentic costuming. The acts include juggling, tumbling, the "death-defying" Tower of Chairs, comedy, contortion and balancing.

Tickets for next season, $35 each, will be available at the door. New subscribers may attend this concert as a bonus or pay $15 at the door for each adult. Children 18 years old and younger or still in high school may attend the event free if accompanied by a ticketholder.

Next season's lineup includes organist Hector Olivera, Oct. 15; Fort Wayne Philharmonic Christmas Pops Concert, Dec. 18; Swingin' the Benny Goodman Songbook, Feb. 11; a Van Cliburn Piano Competition Medalist, March 19; and the Montana Mandolin Society, April 15.

Performances are held in Rodeheaver Auditorium, Winona Lake.
