Cherie L. Taylor, 54, Silver Lake, passed away at 3:06 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2018, in I.U. Health-Simon Center, Indianapolis.

She was born April 17, 1964, in Auburn, Calif., to Alvin L. and Evelyn Irven Wren.

Cherie was united in marriage to John Taylor on May 12, 2011, in Williamson County, Texas.

She is a former production employee for Biomet of Warsaw.

Survivors include her husband, John Taylor, Silver Lake; sons, Dugan (spouse Rachael) Julian, Warsaw, and Judd Julian, Enid, Okla.; mother, Evelyn Tackett, Warsaw; siblings: Terri (spouse Dale) Harger, Enid; Donna Cloud, Sacramento, Calif.; and Mike Wren, Oklahoma City, Okla.; half sister, Judy (spouse Tabor) Summerall, Modesto, Calif.; half brother, David Swank, Warsaw; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded by her father and a brother, Kelly Wren.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, in the Pathway Church of Warsaw, with Pastor Jarod Osborne officiating. Casual dress is requested.

Interment services will be private.

Arrangements are entrusted to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
