Charles W. “Chase” Parish, 30, Warsaw, passed away at 12:55 a.m. March 18, 2016 in Indianapolis.
He was born Feb. 27, 1986, in Elkhart, to Jerry and Julie Pritchett Parish.
He resided in Indianapolis until moving to Warsaw in 2008. He worked in the counter top industry as a polisher. He had worked for Premier Concepts, Warsaw, and also Leading Edge Fabrication, Milford.
He liked dogs, working on his vehicles, fishing, camping and grilling. He loved spending time with his family, especially playing with his daughter, Presley.
Surviving are his fiancé, Charity Seymour, Warsaw; four daughters: Presley Parish, Ariana Seymour, Kloe Seymour and Sophia Seymour, all of Warsaw; his mother, Julie Rebennack and her fiancé, Eugene Ritter, Swayzee; his father and step mother, Jerry and Patricia Parish, Warsaw; his stepfather, David Craun, Marion; three brothers: Matthew (and spouse Britney) Craun, Indianapolis, Eric Craun, Marion, and Chandler Lysell, Swayzee; two stepbrothers, B.J. Tomblin, Warsaw, and Dennis Mason, Leesburg; his stepsister, Tammy Colwell, Defiance, Ohio; and his grandparents, Charles and Bobbie Pritchett, Converse, Howard and Sandy McFarren, Nappanee, and Jayne Craun, Marion. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Frank Whitaker officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral chapel.
