ROCHESTER – Charles Norman Miller, 83, of Rochester, died at 1:45 a.m. Feb. 26, 2013, in his residence. He was born July 17, 1929, in Fulton County, to Jacob and Dollie Kale Miller. On Feb. 8, 1950, in Rochester, he married Freda Faye Hownshell, who died Feb. 2, 2001. Surviving are two daughters: Terri Miller, LaPorte, and Kristine Lease, Rochester; a son, Christopher Charles (and spouse Beth) Miller, Rochester; three grandchildren; and a sister, Bette Reynolds, Rochester. He also was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Pastor Thad Stewart officiating.
