ROCHESTER - Charles E. Reid, 98, formerly of South Bend, died July 29, 2010, in Surprise, Ariz.
He was born April 4, 1912, in Chicago. His wife, Theda, preceded him in death.
He was past president of IBEW Local 153, South Bend.
Surviving are two daughters, Teddi (and spouse George) Murray and Sue (and spouse Ted) Sarphie, all of Phoenix; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, is in charge of arrangements.
