    Notice is hereby given that Petitioner Jane M. Ciriello, pro se, filed a Verified Petition for Change of Name of Minor to change the name of minor child from Justin Steven  Campos to Justin Anthony Campos Ciriello.
    The petition is scheduled for hearing in the Kosciusko Circuit Court on the 18th day of November, 2011, at 8:30 o'clock a.m., which is more than thirty (30) days after the third notice of publication.
