NOTICE BY PUBLICATION FOR PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT 121 NORTH LAKE STREET WARSAW, KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA 46580 IN RE THE NAME CHANGE OF STEVEN ALLEN FOIST CAUSE NUMBER 43C01-1001-MI-623 Notice is hereby given that Steven Allen Foist has filed his Petition in the Kosciusko Circuit Court, Kosciusko County, Indiana, in the above styled case requesting that the Kosciusko County Circuit Court change his name from Steven Allen Foist to Steven Allen Anderson. This Petition was filed on the 16th day of November, 2010, and will be heard and determined by the Kosciusko Circuit Court on the 14th day of January, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard by the Court. Any person having an objection tot he granting of this Petition may file a written objection with the court at any time prior to the hearing date, or may appear personally at the hearing to object thereto.
