Comes now Petition, Patrick R. Kaze, and provides notice as follows:
1. Patrick R. Kaze has filed a Petition to change his name in the Kosciusko Circuit Court under Cause No. 43C01-2303-MI-17.
2. The new name request is Patrick Ryan Farrell
3. This action is pending in the Kosciusko Circuit Court and the Petition was filed on March 8, 2023. Hearing on this matter will be had in the Kosciusko Circuit Court on May 26th, 2023, at 9:00 a.m.
4. Any person has the right to appear at the Hearing and or to file an objection. If no objection is filed and if no interested party appears to object, the mater will be decided on May 26th, 2023 at 9:00 am.
