Janet Sue Rice, whose mailing address is 44 EMS D24b Lane, Syracuse, IN 46567 and if different, my residence address is: in the Kosciusko County, Indiana, hereby gives notice that Janet Sue Rice has filed a petition in the Kosciusko Circuit Court requesting that her name be changed to Janet Sue Doty.
Notice is further given that hearing will be held on said Petition on January 6, 2023 at 8:15 am.
