NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Kosciusko Superior Court 4 has set said Petition for the hearing on May 29, 2020, at at 11:00 a.m. before said Court in the Kosciusko County Circuit Court, 121 N. Lake St., Warsaw, Indiana.
Pursuant to I.C. 34-28-2-3, et seq., anyone having an interest in this matter has a right to file an objection to this Petition and to appear at the hearing.
