On Wednesday, the Warsaw Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce will leap into upgraded services for their members and the community.
On Leap Day, WKChamber will roll out a newly branded, user-friendly, mobile-friendly website with member services reflecting the chamber’s continued commitment to advocacy and providing opportunities for business.
Some of the new features offered to members will be a complimentary web page featuring their business on their own page of the Chamber’s site.
Members will have the ability to post hot deals, job postings and community events, with automatic social media communication, update their web page information, and control a variety of new website advertising opportunities from their own personal log-in.
Member contacts will receive their personal log-in information very soon so they can log into their new web page and get started.
To better serve the local business community, non-members also will be able to post their hot deals, job postings and community events as well.
This new initiative will include a database upgrade that will ensure accurate member content at all times, and the ability to synchronize with MyChamberApp. MyChamberApp is a global app for smartphones that allows people to find chambers of commerce all over the world. MyChamberApp is a current benefit for members, but has been underutilized until now.
This is an app that is in addition to the new mobile-friendly site that will have the appearance of an app when searching for WKChamber.com on a smartphone.
Download MyChamberApp at MyChamberApp.com, and find businesses, restaurants, community events and hot deals at chambers of commerce wherever you might be traveling.
The chamber anticipates the new upgrade leap will benefit all chamber members and visitors for a much better website experience.
The chamber said patience is appreciated because the site is a work in progress, and some areas on the site may not be immediately functional.
