Chain-O-Lakes Chorus Hosting Second Guest Night Tuesday

Posted
COLUMBIA CITY – The Chain-O-Lakes Chorus, a men’s barbershop chorus, will hold a second guest night in Warsaw Tuesday from 7 to 9:15 p.m. at the Kosciusko County Annex Building, 202 W Main St, northwest of the county courthouse.
After two successful shows, the chorus is extending an invitation to men of all ages to attend a night of singing, refreshments and camaraderie.
The chorus is looking for men who value the joy of singing. Experienced singers and new singers are invited to share this evening to learn more about barbershop music and the activities of the Chain-O-Lakes Chorus. Music, laughter and friendship are just a few of the things you will experience with the men of the Chain-O-Lakes Chorus. You will have a chance to sing along with the guys and learn one of our traditional barbershop songs under the leadership of assistant director Dick Sutton and the Chain Gang Quartet.
Any man regardless of age, who likes to sing, this is your chance to experience the joy of four-part harmony in barbershop style and to learn more about how your involvement in this hobby can bring not only personal satisfaction, but also listening pleasure to hundreds of audience members.
The Chain-O-Lakes Chorus is one of more than 800 Barbershop Harmony Society men’s choruses throughout North America that meet regularly to practice, socialize, perform and sing a cappella harmony in barbershop style. Their repertoire includes special arrangements of today’s ballads and upbeat songs, popular show tunes, inspirational hymns, patriotic songs and, of course, old-time barbershop favorites.
Reservations are not required for the Chain-O-Lakes Chorus guest night Tuesday. However, for more information call Dick Sutton at 877-778-9647.  Additional information can be found on the chorus Facebook Page at: http://www.facebook.com/ChainOLakes.Barbershop.Chorus
