Chad Allan Study

MENTONE – Chad Allan Study, 44, of Warsaw, passed at 10:48 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, 2020, at St. Vincent Hospital of Indianapolis. He lived his life on his small farm in Warsaw and had a successful internet business for over 20 years.

Chad was born on March 10, 1976, in Melrose Park, Ill., to Al and Linda Davidson Study. Chad was a Warsaw Community High School graduate and attended Purdue University, where he was a teacher’s assistant in computer technology. While he was at Purdue, he bowled a 300 PBA accredited game.

Chad was also an Eagle Scout and was awarded the Arrow of Light. He was a Congressional Scholar, representing Indiana, in the National Young Leaders Conference. He loved his animals and was a lifetime member of the Kosciusko County Animal Shelter. For many years, he helped with his father’s racing stable in Chicago, where they shared great success. His parents were very proud of him and will miss him dearly.

He is survived by his parents, Al Study, of Warsaw; and Linda and husband Delbert Mowery, of Wabash.

Visitation hours will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8 at King Memorial Home, 101 N. Tucker St., Mentone. The funeral service for Chad will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8 at King Memorial Home, Mentone.

The interment will take place following the service in Palestine Cemetery, Palestine.
